Pendidikan Minimal D3 Perhotelan
Pengalaman Minimal 2 Tahun di bidang Catering & Perhotelan
Menguasai Program Ms. Office ( Word, Excel, Ppt, Visio / Autocad ) dan Interne
Biasa Menangani Catering, House Keeping & Laundry, Penyiapan Biaya & Perhitungan Biaya Makanan, Pengendalian & Peningkatan Mutu Makanan
Postur tubuh ideal dan kesehatan baik, tidak berpenyakit dalam / menular
Bersedia bekerja di site - remote area & mobilitas tinggi


CAMP SUPERVISOR CATERING / CAMPBOSS

Qualification :
Male, Matured with age between 28 – 35 years old
Bachelor Degree in Food & Beverage Production or Diploma, with 2 –4 years experience at the same capacity in large scale catering company. Preference will be given to those who have been in the position for 2 years as a Camp Supervisor / Camp boss
Can manage Food Cost & Create Margin in site.
Strong leadership qualities, a self starter with excellent interpersonal and analytical skill
Able to operate a Computer ( Ms Office, Power Point )
Positive attitude, outgoing, energetic, responsible, fast learner, target oriented and independent.
Able to work at high pressure environment
Willing to be placed in Site ( All Kalimantan )
Responsibility : Manage service at camp / site

STORE KEEPER

Requirements:
Male, Single with age between 22-30 years
Familiar with F & B product and Service
Has potential Leadership Qualities, Self
Starter with excellent interpersonal skills.
Customer & Service - Oriented person with passion and dedication
Willing to work for long hours in a high pressure environment
Positive attitude, outgoing, energetic, responsible, fast learner, and independent
Familiar with Microsoft Office (i.e. Power point, Word & Excel)
Hard worker and willing to work under pressure
Willing to be placed in Kalimantan

CHIEF COOK

Qualification :
> Male, Matured with age between 30 – 45 years old
> 3 – 5 years experience at the same capacity in large scale catering company.
> Excellent in Indonesian Menu
> Capable in Oriental, Western and Pastry Bakery ( advantage point )
> Can manage Food Cost & create margin in site.
> Leadhership, positive attitude, outgoing, energetic, responsible and fast learner
> Customer oriented and able to work independently or team.
> Willing to be placed in Site ( All Kalimantan )
> Good Knowledge About "Food Safety" / HACCP
> able to be a trainer
